Terms and Conditions TO AVAIL Price Beat Challenge

1. The Wedding Company (referred to as Company henceforth) offers a Price Beat Challenge to our Customers, wherein if the Customer receives a Total Quote Value for the venue(s), lower than the Total Quote Value shared by The Wedding Company, the Company will not only match the lower quote value but also provide an additional applicable specific discount, over and above the lower quote value.


2. The quote being contested by the Customer must be obtained for the same wedding requirements, that is, same wedding date(s), total number of days / duration - the venue is being booked for, total guest size, catering menu grid, rentals, and any other requirements, for which the original quote was obtained by the Company.


3. The quote being contested by the Customer with the lower quote value, has to be received through the official email id of the venue, detailing the breakup of prices for the event days, rooms, catering menu grid, rentals and other fees / terms and conditions associated with permissions on allowing external event vendors outside the venue empanelment and any required royalty fee of venue associated with this.


4. The quote verification process by the Company can take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday of a week), subject to verification process with the venue, following which a Price Beat Challenge discount can be offered to the Customer.


5. During the quote verification process, the Company holds no liability if the dates get booked at the venue as this is subject to venue availability.


6. The quote being contested by the Customer must be shared with the Company within 3 business days from the date the original quote was shared by the Company, also it has to be originally obtained by the Customer on or after the date Company shared the quote with Customer.


7. Pre-condition: Company provides the final quote, which is applicable for the Price Beat Challenge, post the venue recce visit. It must be done by the Customer along with the Company representative to avail the best commercials. This allows venue to offer the corporate deal and negotiation terms they have with the Company.


8. The venue must be suggested by the Company in the wedding proposal for the customer.


9. To redeem the discount offered in the Price Beat Challenge, customer must go through the formal engagement process of The Wedding Company, requiring to do Booking and subsequently availing the Wedding Planning Services. All venue payments has to be made online to the Company and Price Beat Challenge discount shall be adjusted on the last installment (date and amount scheduled as per agreement with the company) of the venue payment.
