At The Wedding Company, the word 'planning' covers every aspect towards making your wedding day come alive perfectly, including execution. This includes scouting suitable venues, envisioning the decor, and overseeing minute details of your big day. You decide the level of support you need–whether it's specific venue requirements or complete end-to-end wedding planning services.
Since each project (no matter how niche) requires dedicated time, expert industry contacts, careful coordination, and on-the-ground support, we charge a Planning Fee.
This fee allows us to:

Provide on-ground support from start to finish

This is NOT an additional cost — it's the part of your total Wedding Planning Fee.
It allows us to assign you the dedicated Wedding Experience Manager who will consult and plan the wedding, especially curated for you.
It gets your wedding journey officially started with us!

Additional Cost:
1. Every additional guest management staff will be billed Rs 10,000 (inclusive of GST) for 12 hours shifts for 2 days.
2. For a single day, every guest management staff will be billed Rs 6,500 (inclusive of GST) for 12 hours shifts.
Your Booking Fee is always secure if things change.
If the scope of work changes during the course of the wedding planning journey with The Wedding Company, we will accordingly adjust the Planning Fee as per our Planning Fee Structure (mentioned above). We'll seamlessly adjust the changes across your next two installments. Rest assured, your Booking Fee remains secure, fully counted and does not need any changing.
