For clients opting End-to-End Services

If at any point during or beyond the Refund Validity Period, an assisted venue visit is conducted by TWC - whether to one or multiple venues as agreed upon basis the proposal shared - the booking amount becomes non-refundable.

For clients opting Non-Venue Services

If at any point during or beyond the Refund Validity Period, any service (like but not limited to, Photography, Mehendi, Makeup, Decoration etc.) is booked via TWC - the booking amount becomes non-refundable.

Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will promptly verify the reason for the same.
After verification and subject to the validity of the request to Terms and Conditions of Refund Policy, we shall initiate the refund of the originally paid Booking Fee, to your original source of payment and it should reflect within 5-7 business days.
